Vetevid is a veterinary clinical reference tool. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Vetevid and its operators.

We do not collect: names, payment information, precise location, or device fingerprints beyond IP hashing.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
Vetevid uses the following third-party APIs on the server side. Your queries and content are transmitted to these services to generate answers:
These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not share your email address or account information with them.
We also use Google Analytics for aggregate, anonymised usage statistics, and Google Search Console for site performance monitoring.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
All API keys and credentials are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser. Connections are encrypted via HTTPS. IP addresses are stored only as one-way SHA-256 hashes and cannot be reversed.
Vetevid is intended for use by veterinary professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18.
By accessing or using Vetevid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Vetevid is designed for licensed veterinary professionals, veterinary students, and researchers. By using Vetevid, you represent that you have the training and professional context necessary to critically evaluate AI-generated clinical information.

Vetevid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that answers are free of error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vetevid and its operators shall not be liable for any clinical, professional, or financial damages arising from use of or reliance on the service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Vetevid after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
Vetevid uses a minimal set of cookies necessary to operate the service:
PHPSESSID)A single HTTP-only, secure session cookie is set when you visit Vetevid. It keeps you logged in and stores your CSRF token. This cookie is not used for tracking or advertising. It expires after 30 days or when you sign out.
If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _gid) to measure aggregate, anonymised usage. No personally identifiable information is included. You may opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or cookie banners, because we don't run ads.
